由秘書長譚耀宗先生帶領的 香港再出發大聯盟代表團昨日到訪理大，同行包括多位副秘書長陳勇先生、陳振彬先生、施榮懷先生、蘇長荣先生、總主任黃冰芬女士及項目主任馮少琛先生，並獲理大校董會主席林大輝博士、校長滕錦光教授及一眾大學管理層歡迎。
代表團首先到訪理工大學教學科研酒店唯港薈（Hotel ICON），並由校董會主席及校長介绍理大在教育、研究和創新的最新發展。午宴後，他們參觀了理大新地標大學廣場，並到訪深空探測研究中心、三維打印技術中心實驗室及航空服務研究中心，了解理大的最新的科研發展。
The Hong Kong Coalition delegation led by Secretary General Mr Tam Yiu-chung paid a visit to PolyU yesterday. PolyU Council Chairman Dr Lam Tai-fai, President Prof. Jin-Guang Teng and other senior management warmly welcomed Mr Tam and the delegates including Deputy Secretary Generals Mr Chan Yung, Dr Bunny Chan, Mr Irons Sze, Dr So Cheung-wing, Chief Officer Ms Iris Wong, and Project Officer Mr Lawrence Fung of the Hong Kong Coalition.
The delegates first visited Hotel ICON, PolyU’s teaching and research hotel, where our Council Chairman and President shared the University’s latest developments in education, research and innovation. After the luncheon, they visited PolyU’s new iconic landmark, the University Square. The delegation also toured the Research Centre for Deep Space Explorations, the University Research Facility in 3D Printing and Aviation Services Research Centre to learn more about the University’s latest research developments.
